So for routes that have 300+ packages the owners get paid $750. For 200+ it’s $550. For less then 200 packages it’s $450 per route. If the DSP gets fantastic plus they get a $5,000 bonus. I was always curious how much they get paid, and now I realize how much we are getting ripped off. If you multiply this by the amount of routes per day x7 ...

There is no time and a half for weekend work but if you work over 40 hours, the DSP will pay you time and a half. When you go to your training class, it is usually 2 days and it starts early in the morning 8am and finishes around 3-4pm. The class is taught by amazon reps that work in the warehouse and for corporate.

A few months back, I applied to the DSP program on a whim and got through the first round of online stuff and have been given the chance to go to the next steps. I would have posted this the Amazon DSP sub, but it doesn’t have a lot of people talking there, so I figured I’d post it here and theDSPdrivers sub as well.

98% of DSP Owners are completely incompetent and incapable of doing their job. Let's be honest... Most of these DSP owners have little to no experience with logistics or business management. They took the 20k grant they got from Amazon and ran. This is their first little bit of power they've gotten in life and they've gone drunk as mad sailors ...

  11. Is it true amazon made the new minimum fico score 720?

    www.reddit.com/r/AmazonDSPDrivers/comments/ib58fo/is_it_true_amazon_made_the...

They can choose fucking ONE: +150 stops per day OR High FICOs. Give me 110-130 stops MAX every day, and I'll drive like a Grandpa and not kill myself to get stops done so your sham ass Mentor system can read a high FICO score. Keep pumping routes with 150-170 stops, with 1/3rd being Grouped Stop houses, then I'm gonna have to go faster to finish.
