Tony and the gang are now full-fledged Spy Racers and help Ms. Nowhere capture the last of Shashi's old SH1FT3R crew, break up a massive smuggling ring and catch a criminal who had stolen a hard drive of sensitive information. Ms. Nowhere doesn't want the gang to on an international mission because she had lost one of her operatives there.
