Thats your best bet. Discord will compress it, but saving at top quality at final resolution will give it the least steps to the compression it desires. I can see you got a pixel shift misaligning your logo vertically too. That would also be avoided by saving at native res and not letting discord handle the resize.
None of you guys are doing it correctly, and it's really easy. Azer's profile picture is a JPG, not PNG. Get gif. Simply rename the extension from .gif to .jpg. Upload. Make sure the file name doesn't have 'GIF' anywhere in it, as Osu seems to mark that as a gif file for some reason. 0.

I understand you need to have a gif pfp and nitro. I wanted to have a custom pfp that opened its mouth when I spoke n stuff so I was planning to draw a custom icon but I don't exactly know how to make it into a gif and how to format it properly so when I speak in vc the gif won't rapidly switch between the two frames. Sadly you can’t do this anymore, it was really never intended to work I’m pretty sure. You can only have it if you had an account before ~2013 when they removed GIF profile pictures and haven’t changed it since. Actually you are incorrect it is still possible and I will prove you wrong.
