The article says that this "Sewell" mentioned an "incident" on the Grapevine. First - what incident, and what did it have to do with the feral cat program at Avenal State Prison? Second - the Grapevine Road - at least the one most commonly associated with that name in California - is nowhere near Avenal, or Kings County for that matter.
