La Masia de Can Planes, usually shortened to La Masia (Catalan pronunciation: [lə məˈzi.ə]; English: "The Farmhouse"), [1] is FC Barcelona's youth academy. It includes more than 300 young players and has been an instrumental factor in Barcelona's European success, and produces several world class players.
The Military Academy was opened in 1974 [4] [5] The academy was initially raised at Cumilla Cantonment on 29 November 1973 and later relocated to Bhatiari, Chattogram in 1976. The academy was awarded the National Standard in 1979. The Bangladesh Military Academy provides training to the officers of the Bangladesh Army.

Following initial training, they return to their academy and join the Bangladesh Air Force Academy.
