Circa (stylized as CIRCA:) is a progressive rock supergroup [1] founded by four musicians associated with Yes: former Yes members Alan White (drums), and Tony Kaye (Hammond, keyboards), current Yes members Billy Sherwood (vocals, bass guitar) and Jay Schellen (drums), and guitarist Jimmy Haun, who played on the Yes album Union.

Anthony John Selvidge (born 11 January 1946), known professionally as Tony Kaye, is an English keyboardist, best known as a founding member of the progressive rock band Yes. Born into a musical family, Kaye was classically trained and intended to become a concert pianist before he developed an interest in jazz and contemporary rock and pop music.
William Wyman Sherwood (born March 14, 1965) is an American multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, singer, record producer and mixing engineer. He is best known for his tenures in the English progressive rock band Yes as guitarist and keyboardist in 1994 [1] and from 1997 to 2000 and as bassist since 2015, following the death of original bassist Chris Squire. [2]
On August 30, 2022, the band announced that their members would be transitioning away from Circa Survive as their full-time job, leading to speculation on the band’s future. Green would clarify on his Twitter page that the group had not disbanded. However, on October 18, 2022, the band confirmed they were taking an indefinite hiatus. [2]
Heaven & Earth, the band's twenty-first studio album and first with Davison, was recorded between January and March 2014, [52] [53] [54] Roy Thomas Baker as producer and former band member Billy Sherwood as engineer on backing vocals [55] and mixer. To promote Heaven & Earth, Yes resumed touring between July and November 2014. [56]
In 1996, Haun composed the Mandalay Pictures logo's fanfare. [2] Haun worked extensively with Jonathan Elias , including his American River album (2004) but also on music for commercials. Haun created the original yodel logo for Yahoo in 1996 as well as the voice for Expedia.com.
