I wasn't able to get her successfully signed into my company's PRIME LMS as a learner. So, we deleted her Adobe ID in hopes of starting over. That didn't work out too well. We weren't able to get her account recreated. So, Adobe is in the process of reactiving her account.

Amazon annual subscription: unable to link adobe id. After purchasing the annual plan from Amazon, they send you an email with an activation link. The link takes you to a page where you either link your existing adobe id OR can click a link to create a new adobe account. when i enter my adobe id, the link button on Amazon remains gray/ unclickable.
Once you as an admin, add a user to your Captivate Prime account, that user is sent an invitation "Welcome" email. This has a 2 step self serve process which the user needs to follow to link any Adobe ID with the Captivate Prime account. Once done, the user is free to use that Adobe ID with that account.
