Superior planets: Planets whose orbits lie outside the orbit of Earth. [nb 1] Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune: Trojan planet: A planet co-orbiting with another planet. The discovery of a pair of co-orbital exoplanets has been reported, but later retracted. [3] One possibility for the habitable zone is a trojan planet of a gas giant close to ...

This is a list of artificial objects reentering Earth's atmosphere by mass (see space debris). Such objects are often completely destroyed by reentry heating, but large enough objects or components can survive.
The Series 92 engines were introduced in 1974. [8] Compared to the Series 71 engines they were derived from, the Series 92 featured a larger bore of 4.84025 ± 0.00125 in (122.942 ± 0.032 mm) and an identical stroke of 5 in (130 mm) for a nominal displacement per cylinder of 92 cu in (1,510 cc), from which the Series 92 derives its name.
Scientists have found a new Earth-like planet that could support alien life – just 40 light-years away.. The planet is a remarkable discovery in the search for habitable worlds: it is slightly ...
Davis placed a 380 cubic meter (100,000 gallon) tank of perchloroethylene, a common dry-cleaning fluid, 1,478 meters (4,850 feet) underground. A big target deep underground was needed to prevent interference from cosmic rays , taking into account the very small probability of a successful neutrino capture, and, therefore, very low effect rate ...
