   AFAIK, Windows 10 doesn't have a built-in feature to display a clock widget in the desktop. I use an app, BeWidgets (I'm not advertising, I'm suggesting the app because it's my personal favorite) for this. It apparently used to eat up system resources. It may or may not have been fixed though.

   I tried with the Apps>Startup in Settings, but it is not listed there. I also tried to search manually for the Clock app but couldn't find it, to add a shortcut to the Start-up folder inside User/Appdata etc. Probably the solution is super easy, but have not been able to find it so far.
