    Launch Nvidia Profile Inspector. Enable the Show unknown settings from NVIDIA predefined profiles option in the far right of the toolbar on top (the magnifying glass). Scroll down to section 8 - Extra and locate the OGL_DX_PRESENT_DEBUG setting. Change it to 0x00080001 by double clicking on the value field and copy/pasting the value.

    FYI, in Nvidia Profile Inspector, the new Low Latency Mode flag introduced in the latest Nvidia drivers is 0x0005F543 in the Unknown section. Settings are 0 = off, 1 = On, 2 = Ultra. In addition, setting this flag to 1 and 2 appear to require setting Maximum pre-rendered frames to 1.

    For instance if you add a profile for Last Epoch it gets weird where it won't apply the filter "unsupported game". Remove the profile it goes back to working with filter overlay but doesn't remember settings, as those are per-profile. With Profile Inspector you can force the global values or likely force stuff per-profile.

    Inspector's major feature is tweaking NVIDIAs profile workarounds to get some obscure feature working for certain game. AMD's approach in official drivers seems to be very different, often the feature just doesnt work and nothing happens. You hardly ever see game glitching out because of it. Rarely you have access to bunch of crazy workarounds.
