The 1972 Ashland Eagles football team was an American football team that represented Ashland University as an independent during the 1972 NCAA College Division football season. In their 14th year under head coach Fred Martinelli , the Eagles compiled a perfect 11–0 record and outscored all opponents by a total of 354 to 62.
