    Adult classes are amazing with a lot of variety throughout the week at my preferred gym time. Lifetime has a very large weight lifting section and a separate large cardio area. It can be crowded like every other gym in town but the amenities are impeccable and worth the price to me. I’ve never been to Vasa.
