   Just search "Game Mode" on the searching bar of Windows 10 and you'll find it. 3. I think the most important thing, don't use the 2K Launcher. Execute the game from your local disk/ program files (x86) / Steam / Steamapps / common / Mafia Definitive Edition / mafiadefinitiveedition.exe (right click and run as administrator).

   Like you I have terrible texture flashing, clipping ect...but mostly frames drops. Setting the frame limit to 60 helped but I tried something else (MSAA seems overly hungry in ressources too) In options, I changed the audio quality from "normal" to "high". And now my game runs smoothly..even when driving at high speed.
