Snapper Foster is a fictional character on the CBS daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless. An original character since the show's inception, the role was played by William Gray Espy from March 26, 1973 to September 26, 1975, and David Hasselhoff from December 8, 1975 to April 30, 1982.
