It is located directly west of the city centre on the River Wye. Greyfriars borders the Central ward to the east and is separated from it by the A49 road/Victoria Street Bridge. [1] The ward is represented by Cllr Diana Toynbee. It is one of the sixteen wards of Hereford City Council and had a population recorded at the 2021 Census of 3,875.
