The Countess de Hoernle Student Life Center is a multi-purpose arena on the Palm Beach campus of Keiser University in West Palm Beach, Florida. [1] With a capacity of 1,600 people, [2] it is home to the Keiser University Seahawks basketball and volleyball teams, and also to the Palm Beach Titans of the Continental Basketball League.
Everglades University was originally called the American Flyers College when it was founded in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 1990. In 1998, Arthur and Belinda Keiser purchased American Flyers College then changed the name to Everglades College in 1999 after relocating to Fort Lauderdale. Ave Maria College acquired the school from the University of Mobile on July 1, 2000. The school was then called Ave Maria College of the Americas until it became the branch campus for Ave Maria University in 2007. [5] The Latin American Campus was acquired by the Keiser University on July 1, 2013. [6]
