"Sous le vent" (meaning "under the wind") is a song by Canadian singers Garou and Celine Dion from Garou's debut album, Seul (2000). It was written by Jacques Veneruso and produced by Erick Benzi, with additional production by Humberto Gatica and Aldo Nova. "Sous le vent" was released as the album's third single on 29 October 2001.
Lys Gauty (born Alice Bonnefoux Gauthier, 2 February 1900 – 2 January 1994) was a French cabaret singer and actress. Her most significant work came in the 1930s and 1940s as Gauty appeared in film, and recorded her best-known song, "Le Chaland qui passe", which is an interpretation of an Italian composition.

"Sur le pont d'Avignon" (pronounced [syʁ lə pɔ̃ daviɲɔ̃]) ("On the Bridge of Avignon") is a French song about a dance performed on the Pont d'Avignon (officially Pont Saint-Bénézet) that dates back to the 15th century. The dance actually took place under the bridge and not on the bridge (sous le Pont d'Avignon, not sur). [1] [2]
