The North Shippen–Tobacco Avenue Historic District is an historic, American cigar factory and tobacco warehouse complex and national historic district located in Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. They were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. [1]

Built in 1898, this historic structure is a three-story, rectangular, red brick building which sits on a stone foundation. It is three bays by four bays and has a shed-type roof. The building was damaged by fire in January 1990, and subsequently restored. It housed a cigar factory and later a toy manufacturer. [2]
