Joking aside, I weigh every damn breast I have and find out the exact protein and calorie content. Most of your standard frozen breasts (wal-mart/sams club) weigh in at 160-220g, so about 6-7oz. They contain about "2" servings of macro's as listed on the package, typically 40-50g protein and between 220-250Kcal.
anybody have any idea how much protein per ounce of skinless chicken breast cutlets? Is it 24g protein for every 4 oz(6g for every 1oz)...or is that before...
Let's say after a workout I want to eat chicken breast or turkey slices can I do so Instead of protin shakes? because I tend to prefer these.. in other words, can I aachieve the same goals without any shakes and instead have a lot of solid protein ( i eat about 150-250g protein everyday, and I weight 147lbs)
Does anyone know anything about the makeup of chicken tenders? From what I understand, they're the piece of meat that runs underneath the breast. 99% fat-free, and they have a little bit of tendon in them. But, they seem much less dense than chicken breast. More water-weight, I think. The price is right on them, but is it worth it, protein-wise?

Jan 30, 2002. #4. When bulking I eat pizza once a week. Maybe once every 2 weeks.. I do it more to just keep my sanity from dieting though rather than the nutrients from pizza. I manage to stay pretty ripped though eating pizza once a week, so if bulking then go for it.. Just make sure not to over eat on it.
