CYB003, or CYB-003, also known as deuterated psilocybin analogue, is a serotonergic psychedelic related to psilocybin which is under development for the treatment of major depressive disorder, alcoholism, and other psychiatric disorders.
It acts as a serotonin 5-HT 2A receptor agonist, serotonin 5-HT 2B receptor antagonist, and also interacts with other serotonin receptors, such as the serotonin 5-HT 1F receptor (agonist), 5-HT 2C receptor (very weak partial agonist or antagonist), and 5-HT 6 receptor (agonist).
