My hearing aids are connected and it says the driver is up to date but under sound I cannot select it. It does not show up. But under bluetooth it is there and paired and says the driver is up to date.
I just got my ks10 hearing aids from Costco and was having trouble pairing them with my Windows 10 laptop. I finally got it to work after temporarily closing the Remote Control App on the my phone to free up 1 of the total 2 Bluetooth connections off the KS10 (the other Bluetooth connection with the phone for making/receiving calls can be left on).
