The 1980 Florida State Seminoles baseball team represented Florida State University in the 1980 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Seminoles played their home games at Seminole Field . The team was coached by Mike Martin in his first season as head coach at Florida State.
It is primarily used for baseball, and is the home field of the Florida State Seminoles baseball team. It opened in 1983 and after a two-year, $12 million project was completed in 2004 to make it one of the top collegiate baseball facilities in the United States, upgrading the stadium to a 6,700 capacity level.
