The Bismarck Bucks were an indoor American football team based in Bismarck, North Dakota. The Bucks joined Champions Indoor Football (CIF) as an expansion team in 2016, and began play for the 2017 season. [2] The team moved to the Indoor Football League (IFL) beginning with the 2019 season. [3]
Liggins attended Bismarck High School in North Dakota's capital city. He had also competed in track and field (long jump and triple jump) in high school and college, earning All-American honors. On the football team, he excelled as a senior and became a first-time starter for the Demons and was subsequently selected to the All-Region Team. [1]

A Bismarck, North Dakota native, Eslinger attended the University of Minnesota, where he was a four-year starter for the Minnesota Golden Gophers football team from 2002 to 2005. He was a three-time first-team All-Big Ten selection (2003, 2004, 2005) and a unanimous All-American in 2005.
