There have been a lot of bleacher report rumors about JVR to Toronto written from the Maple Leafs fans perspective.A lot of them have proposed trades of Gunnason plus junk for JVR, citing that Schenn is way too much to give up for JVR at all. These Toronto fans make me laugh.
Flyers beat the Caps in Washington today 6-2. Flyers' PP 2 for 3; PK 3 of 4 Fedotov gave up 2 on 12 SOG. An .833 but he was sharp. One thru traffic from the blue line had eyes; PP goal ripped from the dot with 2 Flyers and a Capital screening Fedotov. Dumb luck might've stopped it not much else. Bjarnason saved all 9 he faced in the 3rd.

Aside from maybe the Tortorella hiring — and that’s still up for debate — there really wasn’t a single clear-cut win from the Flyers front office over the past 12 months. Yet there were a ton of losses — moves that will haunt the team’s cap situation for years to come. Yes, the Flyers have now admitted they’re rebuilding.
