Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU) (formerly known as Garhwal University) is a Central University, established in 1973, located in Srinagar in the Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand in Northern India. [1] The university is named after Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna, former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
