Click, drag, and drop to reorder the files and pages. Double-click on a file to expand and rearrange individual pages.
I am having trouble merging and then saving multiple pdf files into one pdf file. What I have done so far ...1. highlighted both files 2. double-clicked to see them together in Preview. Click on Table1. Go to the Transform tab > little arrow below Use First Row as Headers > Use Headers as First Row. Go to the Home tab > Append Queries > Append Queries > Select Table2 > OK. Go to the Transform tab > Use First Row as Headers. With this approach no manual column renaming. Hope this makes sense.

The built-in Microsoft Print to PDF application can combine multiple pictures into one multipage PDF file: Select the pictures in File Explorer, Right-click any of them, Select Print from the context menu. Select 'Microsoft Print to PDF' from the printer dropdown.
As the title says, I want to merge several PDF files into one using the Print to PDF feature. I have used Adobe Acrobat Reader as the default program. The Print option in Explorer doesn't merge the files, it merely prints them to PDF separately.

Hi. Yes you can merge them into one file by the method already suggested click on the drop down arrow on New Slides in the Home tab then click on reuse slides. This will then open up a pane and from here you can easily incorporate all your other slides into the presentation you are viewing.
Yearly, I do a large mail merge of a personalized two-page word document that needs to be merged into individual PDF letters. In the mail merging process after the letter fields have been assigned, I select "Merge to Adobe PDF" and it creates one large PDF of the merged letters. I then need to extract all of the pages into their own document.
