No sound from the Subwoofer when I have the 5.1 speaker system selected. It appeared that the center speaker and subwoofer were on the same channel. My solution was by chance. I set my speaker configuration to Stereo in the Realtek HD Audio manager and all sound was restored to the subwoofer. Sound is working fine with this configuration.
Computer is: Dell Inspirion 7706 -- 11th Gen Intel Core . I have two JBL Charge 3 speakers that were working with my laptop until... maybe a month ago. (I don't use them on the computer that frequently.) I tried to watch a movie using my speakers and Windows will not recognize any speakers except its internal Realtek speakers.
