Stitch Fix is getting rid of all their full-time stylists and going with part-timers. I think they are actually gig workers not even part-time employees. Even stylists who continue to work full-time hours will be losing their health insurance and other benefits.
That said, Stitch Fix items seem to be good quality and I like the new preview feature. They give you 10 things and you pick the 5 that come in your box. That makes it more worth it to me than having 5 random things come and feeling like I need to get something or I'm out $20.
My first fix was $190 and my last fix was $170 (with the 25% discount for keeping everything) The styling fee is $20, so that also gets applied to your purchase. Before the discount, the subtotals were $254 and $227, respectively.
Stitch fix really started my understanding of what I like and don't like in clothes. The service itself is not that expensive. You pay a $20 styling fee per box, but if you buy something from the box that $20 is applied towards the purchase (ex: If you buy a $30 shirt, you'll only pay $10 because they'll credit the $20 styling fee towards it).

Either stylists or current customers about the same age, what is Stitch Fix like for a 68 year old woman? Are there different styles based on age or do all women receive the same styles to create their style profiles? I (37f) am an avid Stitch Fix customer for the past 10ish years. Almost my entire wardrobe is from Stitch Fix.
