Department of Defense (DoD) Civilian Retiree Identification (ID) Cards are no longer issued pursuant to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness Memorandum, “Department of Defense Civilian Retiree Identification Card Termination,” dated February 17, 2023.
