Duluth Township is a township in Saint Louis County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 1,941 at the 2010 census. [3] The township is located on the North Shore of Lake Superior. North Shore Scenic Drive (County Road 61), the Minnesota 61 Expressway (MN 61), and Homestead Road (County Road 42) are three of the main routes in the township.
Lakeside – Lester Park was originally developed as a residential area in the early 20th century. The neighborhood grew with Duluth's expansion, with many homes dating back to the period of initial development. Until 2016 Lakeside was a "dry neighborhood". Island Lake is an unincorporated community in Saint Louis County, Minnesota, United States. The community is located 18 miles north of the city of Duluth on Saint Louis County Road 4 (Rice Lake Road). Island Lake is located within Gnesen Township and Fredenberg Township. Boulder Lake is also in the vicinity.

Congdon Park is a neighborhood in Duluth, Minnesota, United States. London Road serves as one of the main routes in the community. Tischer Creek flows through the neighborhood. The Northland Country Club and the Glensheen Historic Estate museum are both located within the neighborhood.
West Duluth covers an area of 5,726 acres (23 km 2), or 13% of the city area, making it the third-largest district in the city. Note that, as with many other Duluth neighborhood districts, the area actually developed to a major extent is considerably smaller than the district figure. This is largely due to the harsh topography (hills) of the area.
