Patricia Morley "Trish" Porter (née King) (born August 27, 1962, in Atherton, California) is an American track and field athlete, specializing in the high jump. She represented her native country at the 1988 Olympics. [1] She was married to Pat Porter also a 1988 and 1984 Olympian in 1991.
Porter attended Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine and graduated in 2003 with a degree in history. At Bowdoin, Porter was the captain of the Ice Hockey and Baseball teams his senior year. [2] On September 1, 2001, Porter's mother, Patricia Sullivan Porter, died in a car accident in a car driven by former Thayer Academy ice hockey coach Jack Foley.
