City View is a 300 ft (91m) residential highrise in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was completed in 1964 and has 26 floors. It is tied with the Commonwealth Building and The Carlyle for the 26th tallest building in Pittsburgh. It was designed by I.M. Pei. [1] From its inception in 1964 until 2014 it was known as Washington Plaza.
At a height of 119 metres (390 ft), Crown View is the 14-tallest building in Greater Manchester as of 2025. The development is a joint venture between the developer Far East Consortium and Manchester City Council [ 4 ] and is one of the first to be constructed within the wider Victoria North masterplan to build 15,000 homes over 15–20 years.
