Hillsboro: The 1952 home is the main part of the Rice Northwest Museum of Rocks and Minerals. It was the first ranch style home listed on the National Register of Historic Places in Oregon. The William F. Wayman-designed house was built of Arizona flagstone on the exterior and wood native to Oregon, including curly maple and myrtlewood.
