Hooiberg (Dutch: /ˈɦojbɛrx/ (listen ⓘ)) is a distinctively shaped, 165 m (541 ft) conical hill located at the heart of the island of Aruba. This geological formation is a prominent and recognizable landmark that has long captured the attention of locals and visitors alike—Hooiberg is Aruba's centerpiece.
Casibari is a settlement of Paradera, north of Hooiberg, in Aruba. [1] Evidence of prehistoric rock drawings is still visible at the site. One of the most unusual and notable rock formations on the island are the Casibari Boulders, which are tonalite rocks seen to the north of Hooiberg. They rise above the desert landscape giving a panoramic view of the island. They are located amidst cacti, and lizards are commonly encountered here.
