State Route 153 (SR 153) is a state highway in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It runs from Interstate 75/U.S. Route 74 (I-75/US 74) a few miles east of the I-24 interchange, to US 27 just south of Soddy-Daisy. The route serves as a bypass around downtown Chattanooga for I-75 travelers heading towards US 27 north.
SR 58 begins as a secondary highway, known as Ochs Highway, [4] in Hamilton County at the Georgia state line in Lookout Mountain, where the road continues southward as SR 157. It goes north through Lookout Mountain before leaving the scenic town at an intersection and becoming briefly concurrent with SR 17 and entering Chattanooga .
SR 319 begins on the northeast side of Chattanooga at SR 153 as a segment of Amnicola Highway. SR 319 then turns north as DuPont Parkway to have an interchange with Access Road and Hixson Pike. It then turns east, junctions with SR 153, turns back north along SR 153 and begins a very short 0.7 mile-long concurrency.
