The Passenger Station and adjacent Santa Fe Freight Building. The depot was built by the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railroad (a subsidiary of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway, also known as the "Santa Fe") in 1900 [2] and renovated in 1938. The station was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1970. [3]

The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 10, 2005. The museum also displays Car 360, a restored railcar of the Texas Electric Railway, on the grounds.
