Muscle Man breaks up with his girlfriend, Starla, leaving him an emotional mess and unable to work. When Mordecai and Rigby are forced to pick up Muscle Man's jobs around the park, they attempt to reunite Muscle Man and Starla, until she begins to fall for Mordecai.
Muscle Man soon arrives and tells her to stop, but she doesn't so he ends up telling her how he feels about her, making Starla calm down and they run at each other and collide while tongue kissing. The two then run off and Rigby says that today was the most disturbing day of his life.
