Hi, I am facing similar issue. I am using Xfinity Internet for past 6 months and wanted to get benifit of Xfinity mobile offer. But unfortunately since my credit score always reflects 0 ( I tried almost 5 times in last 2 months ). I also requested that I can settle up by paying complete cost rather than EMI, but it was denied.

They still had a New Year's special running for $20 (taxes & fees incl.) for 2 years with unlimited data! It's cheaper than the new Xfinity Mobile by the gig rate will be (with taxes). Mint Mobile is running a deal for $15 a month (taxes & fees incl.) which includes 5GB of data per month. I suspect Verizon increased their MVNO fees to Xfinity.

Me too -- The Xfinity Mobile Voicemail app (Android) is now stuck on "Authorization In Progress" with a blue spinner, then fails, after many months of working fine. To "Official Xfinity Employee": I suggest you contact the people you refer us to and tell them to read this forum.
I have been very dissatisfied with Xfinity Mobile's weak LTE/5G signal. Usually I only get one or two bars so I can't browse, steam, or download when not logged on to a WiFi signal. And not all hotspots that show on a the Xfinity map are actually active. Unfortunately, there is not any real solution for this and Xfinity won't tell you why.
I was told by two different agents, via chat and over the phone, that by signing up for an unlimited tablet plan on Xfinity Mobile, I can get a tablet line, a new iPad, and 500 mbps internet all for $50 a month ($60 for internet + $30 for the unlimited tablet line - $40 bundle credit for activating a mobile tablet line) for two years.
