Utilities. The City of Spring Hill provides efficient wastewater service for all residents and quality water service for many of our residents. We also contract with Waste Management for dependable trash and recycling service. Utility statements are mailed the first working day of the month and are due upon receipt.

The utility assistance program is available for all qualified Spring Hill residents in both Johnson and Miami counties. The program provides financial assistance to families who are experiencing difficulty paying electricity, natural gas, water, propane, heating wood or sewer bills.

The City of Spring Hill is implementing a change on online utility bill payment and credit card payment fees. Residents who choose to pay their City of Spring Hill utility bill through MunicipalPaymentsOnline.com will directly be charged for the applicable fees for that transaction.
Stop utilities service. If you are moving away from your current residence, you can fill out this form to stop sewer and/or water service at your home. You can turn in the form at City Hall from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Services are processed at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
