The Punjab Bar Council (Urdu: پنجاب بار کونسل) is a deliberative assembly of lawyers in Punjab, Pakistan. It is established by the Parliament of Pakistan and consists of 75 members elected from different constituencies of Punjab, Pakistan.
The seven Bar Councils in Pakistan came into being as a result of enactment of Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act 1973. These Bar Councils regulate legal professionals across provincial, territorial and national level. All bar associations in the country are affiliated to and work under the control of one of these bar councils.
Members of the Bar Council are elected from amongst members enrolled and practicing as lawyers in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh, and they represent the state in Bar Council of India meetings.
