Michael E. Malinowski (November 14, 1948 – August 22, 2024) was a member of the Senior United States Foreign Service, and was the U.S. Ambassador to Nepal from December 2001 to April 2004. [1] He was also Chargé d'Affaires ad interim in the Philippines from July 2000 until September 2001. [ 2 ]

The theatre was designed by Starks and Flanders, a firm which was founded in Sacramento by New Yorker Leonard Starks in 1922 and designed many other important structures, including the Fox-Senator Theatre, the Elks Building, C. K. McClatchy High School, and the downtown post office.
