State Highway 2 (SH 2) is a state highway of the U.S. state of Colorado. It runs for approximately 20 miles (32 km) north–south entirely within the urbanized environment of the Denver Metropolitan Area. It is one of the major north–south thoroughfares of east Denver, where it is known as Colorado Boulevard.
The short segment between US 50 at Salida and US 24 at Buena Vista closely parallels the original U.S. Route 650, [4] which was designated in 1926, but eliminated in 1936 when US 285 was commissioned along its present extent from Sanderson to Denver, mostly replacing state-numbered highways.

The highway continues east through interchanges with US 85 in Fort Lupton and I-76 in Hudson. Farther east, the route bends north about 12 miles (19 km) south of Wiggins where it begins its concurrency with I-76, US 6, and US 34 eastward to Fort Morgan where it again turns north and traverses to Raymer , where it ends at SH 14.
