In the 1962 Route Reclassification, most of this had been turned over to the towns. SR 735 was reconfigured to instead follow Franklin Street towards downtown Ansonia instead. Route 334 was commissioned 1963 from SR 734 and the reconfigured SR 735 and has had no significant changes since. [2]

State Route 327 (SR 327) is a north–south state highway in the south central portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at U.S. Route 35 (US 35) about seven miles (11 km) southeast of Jackson, at a one-quadrant interchange. It ends at its northern terminus at SR 180 in Adelphi.
SR 327 begins at an intersection with US 29/SR 8 (West Main Street) in the western part of Franklin Springs.It travels north-northeast, past Center Cemetery. It leaves the city limits of Franklin Springs and curves to the north-northwest, providing access to Victoria Bryant State Park and crossing over Rice Creek.
