Also found in UPV Iloilo campus is the University of the Philippines High School in Iloilo. In 2022, the UP College of Law in Manila opened a law extension program on the Iloilo City campus. In May 2022, The UPV Graduate Program Office (UPV-GPO) has been elevated to the UPV Graduate School (GS) by the UP Board of Regents (BOR).
UP High School in Iloilo was established in July 1947 as a lower division for junior and senior year levels under the wing of the University of the Philippines Iloilo College (UPIC). By 1954, UPIC was upgraded as a full-fledged college and all year levels for the high school department were finally offered.
On 19 June 1961, it was renamed Iloilo National School of Fisheries (INSOF) and, on 20 June 1963, it was converted into Iloilo Regional School of Fisheries (IRSOF) by virtue of RA 3521. On 21 August 1978, then President Ferdinand Marcos signed PD 1523 converting IRSOF into Iloilo State College of Fisheries (ISCOF).
