County Route 514 (CR 514) is a county highway in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The highway extends 42.86 miles (68.98 km) from its western terminus US 202 and Route 31 in East Amwell Township to its eastern terminus Edgar Road in Elizabeth. West of its western terminus, CR 514 continues as Route 179.
The historic West End was largely razed in the 1950s and 60s which led to a large drop in population from 67,520 in 1950 to 17,068 in 1970. This razing was done as part of a series of urban renewal projects and the construction of Interstate 75, its interchange with Interstate 71 and the construction of the 6th St Expressway for U.S. Route 50.

The state road was extended west to the Illinois state line in either 1927 or 1928. [5] [6] Between 1931 and 1932 the section between Muncie and Ohio state line became SR 32 and SR 28 ended at SR 67, northeast of Muncie. The modern roadway east of Albany to the Ohio state line was proposed to be added to the state road system in this time frame.

West End is located southwest of Castleberry Hill , east of Westview , west of Adair Park Historic District, and just north of Oakland City .
West End is an elevated subway station on the Red and Gold lines of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) rail system servicing the West End and most of Southwest Atlanta, including neighborhoods bordering Cascade Road and Metropolitan Parkway. The West End station opened on September 11, 1982.
