Angadi Theru (transl. Market Street) is a 2010 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film written and directed by Vasanthabalan, starring Anjali and debutant Mahesh. The title refers to the Ranganathan Street in Chennai where the story takes place. The film features music jointly composed by Vijay Antony and G. V. Prakash Kumar.
However, since Angadi Theru, Mahesh has only been seen in low-budget films with his immediate release Konjam Siripu Konjam Kobam (2011) taking a low key box office opening to poor reviews, while Yasakhan met with a similar fate. Lingeswaran, known professionally as Pandi, is a comedy actor who has acted in Tamil films and television shows . [ 2 ] [ 3 ] He played minor roles in a few films before joining television. He is known for his role as "Pandi" in the popular Tamil soap opera Kana Kaanum Kaalangal in Star Vijay and later participated in Jodi Number One season 3.
