Central Asia Institute (CAI) is an international non-profit organization, co-founded by Greg Mortenson and Jean Hoerni in 1996. [1] [2] The organization is based in Bozeman, Montana and works to promote and support community-based education throughout Central Asia, primarily in Pakistan and Afghanistan, by building schools, supporting teacher-training programs, and funding school scholarships.

This left the Dundalk chapter with the responsibility of finding the man who could replace Johnson as music director. For a while, Clarence Wrobleski, band director at Patterson Senior High School took the reins. Later, Fred King, a brash, young music teacher who had been directing the Catonsville chapter came to the attention of the Dundalk board.
The organization was established in 1972 and originally known as Chesapeake Appreciation, Inc. [2] The organization name and brand were formally changed to the Oyster Recovery Partnership (ORP) in 1994. [7] ORP is headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland. [8]
