The headwaters of the Duffins Creek are located in the Oak Ridges Moraine area, [20] within the boundaries of Uxbridge, Pickering, Markham, and Whitchurch-Stouffville. Duffins cabin was located on the east side of the Creek, north of Kingston Road.
