I reset my surface pro before taking extra steps I have since found on how to reset it and now I’m unable to log in. My security answers aren’t working. I see it still tied to my Microsoft account. So every time when I went to Edge's settings and clicked reset settings. And clicked Restore settings to their default values. A tiny window called Reset Settings appeared with 2 options. Reset or Cancel. After I clicked Reset. It just stays like that forever. Instead of disappearing and showing Settings has been reset, like in the past.
