University Hall was the first building on campus, built in 1873 and reconstructed in 1976. This template is way too big. I'm on a 1024x768 monitor (used by a majority of web surfers), and this template just about takes up my entire browser screen. I have been redesigning several university's templates to one standard and I make convert this one soon. Hopefully there will not be any complaints.
